Denser Polymer Structure: Rigid RDP features a higher Glass Transition Temperature (Tg: 15°C to 25°C), which forms a stiffer, highly durable polymer network upon film formation.
Superior Load-Bearing Capacity: It significantly increases the ultimate compressive and flexural strength of cementitious mortars, making the cured mortar far less susceptible to structural deformation under heavy loads.
2. Enhanced Surface Hardness & Abrasion Resistance
Impact & Wear Resistance: The tough polymer matrix confers exceptionally high surface hardness to mortars, protecting them from mechanical impact, scraping, and high-foot-traffic wear.
